The pointed tip needles pave the way through the fabric for the thread. Rounded/blunt embroidery needles are suitable for fabrics with countable fabric threads. The blunt needles glide easily through the fabric. Childrens hands learn to embroider with blunt needles better and more easily because they cannot prick themselves. The embroidery thread must always run easily through the eyelet so that it is not damaged during embroidery.
