A great pen to decorate for example cards! Best is to use it with the help of metal stencils which you also get in our shop. The pen has a small ball in different sizes at every end. Depending on the motive you choose a tip. The best paper for embossing is 90g paper.
Embossing technique – step by step
The easiest way to emboss is by using a light box. Lay the embossing stencil on the light box and fix it with adhesive tape. Now put the paper 90g is best on the stencil and trace the contours with the embossing pen. The embossed motives look extremely nice if you paint them. When it is ready you cut the motive to the desired size and fix it with double-sided adhesive tape on your card. By using adhesive dots which lift the motive a little from the surface you additionally get a nice 3D effect.
With the embossing tool you can also give cut out paper motives an embossment, your motive so gets a great 3D effect. To cut out filigree motives use our Decoupage tweezers shear or our scissors for decoupage.
