Description
Ruling pen, also known as a drawing pen or tire-ligne.
It is an adjustable instrument used for drawing lines of precise and variable width.
The tip works like a dip pen, holding ink or paint between its two blades by capillary action.
It is traditionally used in technical drawing and cartography, and also for calligraphy and applying masking fluid.
The line width is adjusted by turning the small screw on the side.

For Cyprus: We ship our products by Akis Express to all Cities in Cyprus; Deliveries are made to homes except for limited service areas defined by Akis Express

Shipping in Cyprus is Free of charge for orders over 50 Euro. For orders below 50 Euro, the delivery cost is €2.50 from office to office and €4.00 from door to door.
