Description
This carefully milled powder is made
of Magnesium Carbonate. It’s used to
clean water, to de-grease with a wool
or cotton pad or to render the inks
dryer. It’s also used to achieve real
whites or the so called ‘lights’ when
we press with the copper plate press.
Used for the aquatint etching technique.
Used manually with gauze pads or mechanically with a powder sprayer.
The powder is finely grained and milled from pure colophony resin.
It is used in printmaking for creating tonal effects on metal plates.
The material is easily removed once the desired grain is achieved.

For Cyprus: We ship our products by Akis Express to all Cities in Cyprus; Deliveries are made to homes except for limited service areas defined by Akis Express

Shipping in Cyprus is Free of charge for orders over 50 Euro. For orders below 50 Euro, the delivery cost is €2.50 from office to office and €4.00 from door to door.
